New Hotel Collection | The Cordova Inn

I stayed here for a single night just to be within walking distance of the downtown night life. Free parking is available across the street in a garage but we opted to pay $20 for parking adjacent to building for convenience. The building is beautiful, but is under construction which I wasn't aware of. Checking in was quick. The room itself was bigger than expected for a boutique style hotel but the bathroom was very small. Standard accommodations in the room so no complaints, overall I had a pleasant stay and would book again!

Is an amazing piece of history. Very good location for downtown. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and full of history. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This hotel truly exceeded all of my expectations and made my stay unforgettable. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the overall environment felt warm, relaxing, and welcoming. Every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel at home, especially Mark, the manager, who is genuinely one of the kindest people, and Katie, who was absolutely wonderful. My favorite part of each morning was visiting the café downstairs for my iced coffee Austin F., the barista, made it perfectly every single time and truly brightened my mornings. Karel, Ariale at reception, and Taylor at reception also provided outstanding service. The location is incredibly convenient with everything so close to downtown, and the views were absolutely stunning. I loved every moment of my stay and cannot wait to return

The room definitely had a vintage feel but that is why you book this hotel - THE CHARM!!! Walked into Austin pouring THE BESTTT DRINKS in the lobby Coffee bar/bar bar. The place was crowdedddd with the most beautiful people. There's a porch to sit, relax and mingle with other guests. The location is TOP NOTCH!!! We didn't want to leave but already planning a trip back! Thank you Cordova team!!!

Great location for St. Pete. Easy walk to everything. Room was functional for one night. But know that this is a very old building. Suppose that's part of the charm, but lack of central a/c is not ideal in peak summer. The tiny window unit never stood a chance of cooling the room to a comfortable temperature. They appear to be building a new wing, in which time we'll be back because the location really wins the day.

I loved this place! The esthetic was perfect. Check-in was easy, I do wish there was something mentioning the parking situation on the website, but we parked in the pay lot next door without issue. The bed was comfortable but the room was a bit hot. They are doing a remodel, so I doubt that will be an issue in the future. The cafe/bar was great! It was so relaxing to grab a drink and lounge in the library, then on the porch.

From the very start the manger Shantel was very understanding and accommodating. Me and a friend were in a bad situation and they made us feel understood. Ariel, the front desk host, was the best. Our whole stay she made sure to check on us and told us about good places to go to. The room was clean bathroom a bit small but gets the job done so not much of a problem. Felt very safe there and was able to walk a lot of the places because of the location. Also, for parking make sure you validate it every-time you leave the garage. Once again would like to thank Ariel, for being so kind to us :)

The cafe located in the reception area of the Hotel is small but cozy and open to the public. 3 beers on tap and all the usual coffee preparations are available. The porch invites you to relax and observe, while the tiny library invites conversation and curious title browsing.
